Identified - We have identified the cause of the partial outage affecting some VoIP and digital phone services. Our team is now working on implementing a fix to fully restore functionality.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing a partial outage affecting some VoIP and digital phone services. Customers may encounter issues such as dropped calls, inability to make or receive calls, or degraded call quality.
